Customer experience specialist ResultsCX solidified its presence in the UK and moved into the South African market through the acquisition of British rival Huntswood.

Headquartered in Berkshire, UK, Huntswood has delivery centers in South Africa’s Durban and Cape Town. The company serves a stable clientele of banks and government agencies seeking reliable utility service support.

This acquisition marks ResultsCX’s third European purchase in as many years, following the purchases of 60k in 2022 and Zevas Communications in 2023. Its combined European workforce now surpasses 6,000, solidifying ResultsCX’s position as a major BPO player in the region.

ResultsCX ‘s efforts are increasingly focused on AI-powered customer support solutions. The company also has considerable expertise in data analytics, CCaaS and process automation.

Founded in 1990 as a BPO data analytics firm, ResultsCX experienced significant growth under the leadership of private equity firm One Equity Partners (OEP) from 2015 onwards. Since October 2021, the company has been under the ownership of India’s Chryscapital, further propelling its global expansion plans.

Today, ResultsCX employs over 23,000 people worldwide, with a significant presence in the US. The company operates delivery centers in Latin America, including the Mexican states of Sonora and Nuevo Leon, as well as Honduras’ capital, Tegucigalpa.
