This move strengthens the company’s people-first culture amid global expansion.
Career Highlights
Grace Samson joined Freshworks in March 2026 after serving nearly eight years as Vice President and HR Head for India at Informatica. Before that, she spent over 13 years at IBM India as General Manager of Human Resources, with earlier roles at Corio India Infotech Pvt Ltd and other tech companies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from Bangalore University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
In her new role, Grace will partner with leadership to align culture with Freshworks’ values, ambition, and long-term growth, supporting workforce and business scaling.
